Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch (Shipping fee: €12.95)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please contact our customer service if you have questions about delivery to your specific location.

Returns & Exchanges

Our elegant clientele deserves only the finest eyewear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return policy ensures your complete satisfaction.

Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging
  • The following hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned:
    • Contact lenses
    • Daily lenses
    • Colored lenses
  • Customized sunglasses and prescription glasses can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect

Simple 4-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Get Authorization: Receive return authorization with RMA number and shipping instructions
  3. Ship Item: Send the item in its original packaging to:

  4. Receive Refund/Exchange: Get your refund or new item once we process your return

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • For card payments, the time for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate in your request the item you wish to receive as replacement (including product reference, size, and color)
  3. We will ship the new item as soon as we receive your original return at no additional shipping cost

Note: If the exchange item has a different price, we will adjust the amount with either a partial refund or additional payment.
